CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF(1-29), is a 29-residue GHRH analogue carrying four substitutions (D-Ala-2, Gln-8, Ala-15, Leu-27) that improve in vitro plasma stability relative to native GHRH while retaining activity at the GHRH receptor. Differentiator vs the DAC variant
The "No DAC" form omits the Lys-30 maleimidopropionyl group that covalently binds albumin in the DAC variant.
