Every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and shipped with the utmost care. BluGen stands behind the quality and purity of every product we deliver.

This policy explains how BluGen processes, packs, and ships research-use materials within the United States and select international destinations we serve.

Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

3–5 business days. Free on orders over $150. Trackable via USPS or UPS.

Express Shipping

1–2 business days. Available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

Temperature-Controlled

All peptides ship in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain stability.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Contact us for availability and rates.

All orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are final.

BluGen does not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow order cancellations once an order has been placed, regardless of delivery status.

Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

BluGen is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches, mailrooms, front desks, lockers, or other delivery locations.

Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors

In the event of a verified BluGen fulfillment or shipping error, such as incorrect items, missing items, or damage incurred during transit prior to delivery, customers must notify BluGen within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier's delivery date.

This reporting window is firm. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will be denied without exception.

How to File a Claim for a Damaged or Missing Vial

  1. Record & Photograph — Capture a full unboxing video and take photos of the outer packaging, contents, and packing slip.
  2. Email Us Within 7 Days — Send all documentation to [email protected] with your order number within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  3. Receive a Replacement — Once your claim is verified, we'll ship a replacement of the affected items at our discretion.

Required Documentation

All claims must include complete and verifiable documentation, including:

Claims submitted without all required documentation will be denied.

Resolution

Upon confirmation of an eligible shipping or fulfillment error caused by BluGen, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement of the affected items.

Cash refunds, store credits, or alternative compensation are not guaranteed and are not provided for delivered, refused, or stolen packages.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks submitted for delivered, refused, or stolen packages will be disputed using carrier confirmation, delivery records, and the customer's agreement to these Terms.
