HPLC purity
Reverse-phase HPLC at 214 nm. Release spec ≥98%; most lots test ≥99%.
MS identity
ESI-MS confirms observed mass against the calculated mass for the sequence.
Net peptide + water
Net peptide content and Karl Fischer water so molarity uses the true active mass.
